Great river view and convenient hotel boat rides, friendly and helpful staff are what stood out. The most inconvenience to me was the frequently inconsistent water temperature when taking showers during the day, which needed some learning how to adjust properly, and thus the deduction of one star.

Everything in the hotel was well maintained and super clean. All the staff interfaced with was courteous and very helpful. Had one issue with outside noise but that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.
