This hotel is a 10 minute walk to public transportation. Too long a walk in the scorching heat and high humidity. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Small selection that didn't vary each day. The food in the restaurant was awful. The hotel itself was good.

We booked three rooms at the Ramada for our stay. Some family members had stayed here before and had a good experience, which is why we chose this hotel. However, one of our three rooms had a persistent sewer smell. Despite changing rooms three times, each replacement had the same issue, making the stay unpleasant. Our family members who visited our room also mentioned that the entire floor had the same strong odor. Fortunately, we were only there for three days—had it been longer, we likely would have switched hotels. The location is decent, within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, massage parlors, rooftops, and a train station. It’s in a quieter part of the city but conveniently just a 15-minute train ride to MBK Mall and an 8-minute drive to Wat Arun Temple. Had it not been for the smell, we would have considered it a decent stay overall. The hotel offers some useful amenities, including an in-unit washer (though the dryer doesn’t fully dry clothes, so you’ll need to hang them up). There’s also a kitchen for cooking, which is a nice touch. One thing to note—the pool is located at street level outside the hotel, making it accessible to anyone walking by. This felt like an odd placement and something to be aware of.

The property looks fairly new. The room I stayed at was a duplex, 2 level. It was very clean. Front desk persons were friendly. Only gripe was food places were far, although there is a 7 eleven down the street. Also limited transportation.
