Huge room! The pool is amazing! The bed is very very firm- not ideal for someone with back problems like myself. The view from the room was the best!

I would stay there again.

Extremely clean with great service. A little expensive though given how outdated the rooms are, but that's NYC! It's one of the less expensive places.

The housekeeper wasn't friendly at all, asked for MORE COFFEE as I have guests coming, I was given only 2 TINY PACKETS. BED WAS HARD AND MY PARTNER ENDS UP WITH STIFF NECK. 2 front office staffs, lady in in morning session n a guy in the evening session is much more helpful. Will have second thoughts for our next visit to BKK.

Lovely family apartment with views.

Awesome upmarket family apartment. Only downside was the sketchy wifi but we learnt later that it was a Bangkok wide issue compounded by internet providers closed for Songkran.

First off i booked to stay here for 3 weeks and left after two days. I wish i read the other reviews. There was bugs in my room. The towels were old worn out and torn. The property is is falling apart. The pool had ants around it and was old rusted and broken. No jets work in the pool and was freezing so rarely anyone used it. And when i wanted ti leave the front desk staff was rude. RED FLAG!!!!! Be aware they right your credit card down in a notebook not a computer and anyone can just take that notebook... So un secured i canceled my card when i left. Went to The Quarter Ari. Was amazing hotel
