Excellent hotel. Very polite and helping staff. Only issue is the communication with the staff. They barely speak any English. Still they go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooftop infinity pool was a standout — quiet, exclusive, and perfect for relaxing above the city. Can i add more then 5 stars? Everything was above and beyond! This is not a huge hotel and is very intimate and cozy, which we loved. Service is amazing food is the best and Comfort was great! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Conceptually it's a great place. Nice building and location is close to so many restaurants and shopping, kind of in the Japanese neighbourhood of Bangkok. However the service and overall vibe of the place is lacking. maybe they are trying to do too much and it's all mediocre. A lot of staff but they lack skills and training. Very much below Bangkok standards for service and food. The food is at best just ok. Good concept but poor implementation. With all of this in mind I would not recommend. It's not good value for money and not a five star experience.

Redefining 5-Star, best views of any hotel I’ve ever been to! Unobstructed 360 degree views from the rooftop with a rooftop pool and jacuzzi! Best views in all of Bangkok, almost seems like you’re living a dream! Hotel has fantastic breakfast menu that goes into lunch hours from 7am-5pm everyday, well worth it to choose the breakfast option. Thai restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal! Service and hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful, feels like family! Hotel has hourly shuttle service to and from the mall which is a must visit only a few minutes away. Hotel is located near every attraction you’ll want to see in Bangkok. Hotel rooms are very new and clean. Bose speakers and are built in the room and bathroom. Bathroom is very large, toilet is privately separated in a closed room within the bathroom. Very boujie and designer feel to the room and every area of the hotel! The most instagrammable hotel in all of Bangkok, can’t wait to come back!
