The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is on the first floor with a slight view of parking lot. The beds are very comfortable and more than enough bedding, pillows and towels. Closets had enough room for all our stuff which is always a bonus. We really appreciate having shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as not to have to buy. The kitchen is well equipped however it’s time for some new pans as the coating is no longer non stick. Love the coffee and coco setup. There is a full pot coffee maker, an espresso machine and a single cup maker. We were able to all sit around the table to eat. The grill worked out great for steak nights and the couch was large enough to have 2 adults and 3 teenagers hang out watching movies and have a cozy real fire with more then enough wood and light blocks. It’s a great location as we walked to the parks, recreation center and bus stops around Avon and to Vail. Quick 5 minutes right up the road to Beaver creak ski area. City Market and Walmart in Avon had everything we needed.We really liked having an assigned parking spot to know you always have one near your unit. Enjoyed walking the trail along the river right backside of the unit. Even though complex is dated, unit was updated and very clean.
