Beautiful house close to everything. We just got back from our trip. Loved the house. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Comfortable house for our family. We lived how close it was to everything in tow. We walked to the beach, to restaurants, coffee and drinks.

Listing said it slept six . Couch must have been one of the places to sleep. It didn’t have a fold out bed in the couch. Excellent location.

Perfectly enjoyable

This place hit all the high notes! Proximity to beach and shops/restaurants, comfortable beds, warm and cozy decor, the fluffiest towels, well-stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, rooftop grill/dining area, patio off the kitchen with a full wall of sliding doors to let in all the light, beach gear…this host knows what they’re doing!

A Relaxing Family Vacation

The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to hear the waves of the ocean from the patio off the kitchen. It was a very quick and easy walk to the beach. It was also very convenient and nice that our pack-n-play fit easily in the master bedroom. The bunk room was great for our older 2 kids. We would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was clean, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable. Each room felt thoughtfully designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. While there isn’t much of a beach view, the home is filled with beautiful natural light, and the outdoor spaces were a great bonus. We especially appreciated the two-car garage—it was perfect for all of our surfboards and kid gear. Best of all, the house is less than a block from the beach, yet it was so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this rental for any family looking to enjoy the beach and have a cozy, relaxing place to unwind.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is perfect for those wanting to go to the shops, the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, anything on front street. Loved the outdoor seating, where we were most of the time. We brought our almost 2 year old who is on the go, and 99% of the homes there are 2-3 stories so be aware of the stairs, we brought a baby gate we could transfer between stair cases, unfortunately didn’t fit on the roof so we stayed on second floor majority of the time. The house was great overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Incredible location, two fabulous decks, management company super quick to respond, fix issues, keeps inside spotless. Cons: Entry is complicated - need different codes for garage, house, and multiple gates; Deck furniture is old and stained, bbq and dishwasher need replacing (and hence, dishes were dirty and bbq barely works). Needs updating, especially at cost point.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We loved our stay in Avila Beach. We’d never been before and the location of this property was amazing - so close to the beach and to all that Avila had to offer. Also an easy trip to SLO and Pismo and Morro Bay - all places we were able to check out while here. Place was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. Directions and check in were super easy. We left very happy. My only complaint is that there was a lot of construction happening immediately near us (specifically on the roof next door) so sleeping in was not an option. Fortunately, we have young kids and are up early anyway so it didn’t matter a ton, but it was still a nuisance. Noise started at 7am during the week, and it was consistent all morning and very loud. I realize this isn’t the rental’s fault and we booked ages ago, so we can’t blame anyone, really! But it would have just been nice to get a heads up in advance. So maybe ask about nearby construction in advance!

The roof top with a built in barbecue is a dream. It's a beautiful house, very well furnished, and less than 1 minute walk to the beach. Couldn't dream for a better place to spend a week with my family !

Great visit

We really enjoyed our stay and will likely come back. The patio off the kitchen and the dining/grill on the roof were a hit for all of us. We loved being able to park in the garage, easily and safely store our wetsuits, surfboards and boogie boards and making the very short walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Great Vacation Spot

Close enough to CalPoly and yet far enough away to make it feel like a true vacation. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor seating and amenities were perfect. Highly recommend.Seven Sisters did a great job with communications and information to make check-in/out easy. Accessing the house was a breeze.The only downside:The counter space in the primary bathroom was poor and the pebble floors (shower and bathroom) were not appealing.Definitely returning over the next 4 years while our daughter is in school!

Great Stay in Avila Beach

The property was very clean and modern. The patios were terrific. And the location cannot be beat as it’s only a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. We had a great time!

Great Place Not Cheap

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome has just two bedrooms and the bathrooms are within the bedrooms. Great for one family and wonderful amenities. I rented this place for a week, two years in a row. I put a hold for next year, and the price increase was far too much for me to justify our stay. Nonetheless it is a great place to stay.
