Person who was supposed to meet us at the dock left work early. We had to walk from the dock to the hotel with our luggage. While it was not an extremely long distance, the expectation from the hotel was that someone would meet us when we disembarked to handle our luggage.

Great, Great Hotel

Great location, modern but vintage interior is really great, starting at the lobby and carrying throughout the property. Room was small but comfy and clean (great bed & pillows). Every employee we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. Very personable service. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Our ferry arrived at 10:30 am, we planned to drop off our luggage’s at the hotel, the friendly front desk staff told us our room is ready, we checked in at 11 am, what a pleasant surprise! This hotel is conveniently located at the center of the town. We can walk everywhere. The room is small since we booked two queens. Hotel offered two small bottles of Prosecco and water as welcome gifts. Which is very nice. The only thing missing is a coffee maker. Overall we had a great vacation!
