For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

- An enclosed 80 m2 south-facing garden, with a terrace area and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Avallon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
