Excellent option close to everything
Our company flew into Austin for an Architecture trip. These little townhomes were perfect for us! We wandered the neighborhood for hours, checking out just how awesome Austin is. Parking on the street was good in the mornings and mid-day, but the evenings tended to be a little crowded. However, parking in the back alley was perfect for our single van! There isn't really an indoor living area to hang out in, the outside area is excellent. Even when it rained for 36 hours, we spent a lot of time sitting out under the covered outdoor-living space just talking. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchens were big enough to easily accommodate the size of group that could comfortably fit in these units. The listing says a 4 minute walk, but really it's more like 40 steps, which worked out so well for our group. This is an excellent option for visiting near downtown Austin.
