Overall, I had a great experience – the service was excellent and the check-in process was a breeze. However, I did have a couple of minor concerns that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, I found that the parking situation was quite limited. This was a bit of an inconvenience, and I ended up having to pay an additional $10 per day on top of my original charge for the stay. Additionally, I wanted to mention that breakfast on weekdays is only available until 9 AM, unlike weekends when it is available until 10 AM. I thought it would be helpful to let you know, in case this information can be updated or clarified for future guests.

One of the folded towels in the room was very damp. Was it because it wasn't dried fully or because someone took a used towel and refolded it? Since all the other towels were dry, it seems unlikely one only towel hadn't fully dried in the dryer.

Staff was fine, but Highway and nearby neighborhood noise prevented necessary sleep. Despite requesting quiet room in advance of stay was put in end hallway near highway. Moving to alternate room on 2nd day of stay wasn’t much better. Bldg lacks any adequate soundproofing throughout. Asking refund if possible. Deficient hotel bldg and lack sleep negatively impacted my Austin visit. :(
