Everything was good but the room needed more lighting. Also needed complimentary shampoo, soap, and cream. Those were the two main reasons.

Upon arrival, there was a homeless fight in the parking lot in front of the main entrance. The hallway smelled like urine. The carpet was horrific. I had to go to Walmart to buy a candle and plug-ins. The bed pillows were the size of couch pillows. I trusted the pictures, but never again.

I was given a handicap bathroom and I did not pay to have a handicap room. I was not able to shower well as I am tall and the shower did not work for me. I wish there were more details on the description as walk in shower as the only description for handicap was given.

They do deserve top marks for their customer service. However, I was not told that there would be an early check in fee or how much it would cost. Had I known, the price of my stay would not have been worth the money at all. I hotel can be old and that’s fine and acceptable. Dirty is not acceptable. The carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better, there were yellow stains on the pillows, there was overall air

The surrounding area is kinda grungy, we were there just for 1 night before flying out of austin. Was as advertised, just a place to sleep, nothing special.

The property was not what i thought when reserving it. Pulling up saw alot of homeless and suspected dealers out in the parking lot. Saw a person comong out of the hotel with a pitbull on a leash but was jumping and barking at people walking by. Room was ok a/c worked great but could hear people talking, dogs barking, my daughter was going to the pool saw 4 okder guys just sitting out there watching people and felt unsafe so no swimming for us. Overall wouldnt recommended this property or stay there again. Will pay a little extra for somewhere safer and less hood.
