We have traveled and stayed at over 100 hotels This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The person behind the counter was beyond rude and very condescending. We had a reservation set through Hotels.com and he told us that he ran our card before we got there and it didn’t go through so he canceled our room and told us all the rooms were sold out. We were traveling with my brother and his wife and we had to scramble to find another hotel late at night. We chose pay at the property and he denied us stay at the hotel. Terrible is not a strong enough word.

The room was quiet. There were a few issues though. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, so it took about 30 minutes for the water to even get warm. The whole room had a weird smell when walking in. There was a moldy looking substance on one of the curtains. And there were quite a few areas that could have been cleaned better (Vent in the shower, AC vent, shelf in the kitchen area). There was a bag and dirty towels in the hallway as soon as getting off the elevator, which was there all day..

Housekeeping ladies Brenda & Glenda were very attentive to keeping my room clean. Breakfast was decent having different preparation of eggs, bacon, sausage with potatoes. Waffles were also on the menu. Great location near restaurant & shopping.
