If you are travelling and planning to work at said location this is not the place. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear every footstep and noise and a lot of people are inconsiderate and noise. Barely got any sleep and had to submit pto so i wouldnt get in trouble with my job from the loudness. The beds are completely stiff and uncomfortable. The staff is pretty nice and friendly. Its just the hotel itself. Bring ur own dishes or pay cost for equipment. My mother almost fell in the bathtub the tub bottoms need no slip flooring as they are majorly slippery Personally i will never be returning and if i could get the refund back id be demanding for that as this place was not worth the cost.

I had a very disappointing experience at Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Austin/Round Rock. I booked this hotel because the website clearly advertises it as pet-friendly with suite-style accommodations. However, upon check-in, I was asked to provide credentials for my service dog. This request goes against ADA guidelines, as hotels are not permitted to require documentation for service animals. Since I don’t typically carry paperwork for this reason, I ended up paying a $50 deposit plus an additional pet fee just to avoid further issues. When I entered the room, it initially looked fine—freshly painted with a clean, well-kept bathroom. But that impression didn’t last long. I opened the drawers expecting basic kitchen items and found them completely empty—no utensils, no glasses, nothing. For a “suite-style” extended stay hotel, this was surprising. The bathroom had enough towels, but only one bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo were provided. The television didn’t work, the room phone wasn’t even plugged in, and the alarm clock was also disconnected. When I went back to the front desk to ask about these issues, I was told that utensils are available for rent. I was also informed that, because the hotel is “eco-friendly,” they do not provide cups—but guests can purchase bottled water from a vending machine. That explanation felt contradictory and frustrating. To make matters worse, while the front entrance required a key card for access, the back door was bro
