Would not rent here again…
The house was nicely done. A few big issues while we stayed there and the management company seem to ignore these items when brought to their attention.
1) The main house living room had a smell of cigarette smoke, which was not great
2) While the rooms were great, the general open area of the house wasn’t totally clean. We found dirty pots and pans that had been put away.
3) The back home had multiple days of a bad sewage smell that we couldn’t figure out. Both nights staying in the back house were intolerable and nauseating because the smell was so bad.
4) The mattresses in the entire home were really bad. Every single one of our guests slept uncomfortably each night.
5) Upside is management was generally responsive through VRBO messenger tool but downside was that when these items were brought to their attention, they seem to not really do much at all.
