This is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Austin. The hotel has nice, modern decor, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the fact that only people who have a key card can enter the building at all times. It always makes me feel very safe! Because the hotel is located right by the highway, traffic can be very loud if you're placed in a room that faces that direction, so I'd advise asking to be given a room in a different area if you're a light sleeper. The noise is never an issue for me personally. The Wi-Fi can be spotty, so the TV in your room will not always be able to stream things like YouTube or Netflix, but it's never too much of an issue since they have great movie channels available. I will continue to stay here in the future!

The staff was very friendly. The noise coming from the highway during the night was loud, like I had a window open loud. I had opted to add breakfast to my stay when booking, but when I got there, the hotel said it wasn’t included in my rate. I feel like there are better options at the same price point in Austin.
