This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There was a kids soccer league on my floor and I knew there was going to be trouble when we got to our room. The kids ran uncontrolably up and down the halls with no supervision. I attempted to go and speak to the parents, but there were no chaperones or parents around. Our room was 422 and it was directly across the hall from the loudest ice machine ever made. It sounded like a jet engine taking off. It got unplugged ASAP. There was no door to the ice machine room. Then, around 3am, my wife and I were awoke to the sounds of both next door neighbors snoring. The room walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on. Snoring to the right and snoring above us. We even heard a cat meow and scream out during the night. It sounded like a total zoo. So we laid there for two hours unable to sleep. These newer hotel room walls are made out of paper. So at 5am, my wife and I got out of bed, gathered our belongings and drove 2 hours to return home to Dallas.
