I have never been this harsh with a review, but we are adults in town for our daughter's college graduation. We own a condo ourselves that we rent out but needed extra space, and this was micro-management like nothing we've seen. We felt like teenagers who were left alone for the first time and mom and dad wouldn't leave us alone. The emails and the texts all weekend were a nuisance. We were busy trying to enjoy ourselves and just ignored them. Yes, we were aware to register our car, no we didn't want to email you proof "just in case", yes, we received all the messages that check out was at 10am, no we didn't text you to let you know we left. You have a camera and a noise monitoring device to make sure we aren't too loud. You know when we come and go and when we call you nuts. The apartment was fine for sleeping but the shower liner was pink with mildew and the tile grout was moldy. The bathroom could use a deep clean and a simple wipe down of the baseboards. This place could be great with its location but the dirty bathroom and them blowing up my phone makes this place a no return for us. Hopefully you will make improvements where needed and stop making your guests feel uncomfortable.
