Excellent place to stay to visit the landing beaches and Normandy's highlights

We spent a week here with our daughter and have had an excellent time. The only thing that we may have wished for is a WiFi connection, but then again, spending a little less time surfing on the web and more on the beaches, dunes and in the remarkable museums in the area is a better way to spend your time in Normandy. Bedding is excellent, and the nearby road which can be a bit noisy during daytime turns dead quiet at night. We also enjoyed the BBQ when the weather permitted. We were well taken care of at our arrival and departure times. Fits up to ten but would probably feel a bit crowded in the kitchen and living room though. Overall the place fitted our needs perfectly.

Appréciation vacances d'été

Superbe location, tranquille, bien reposant. On a profité de beaux jours ensoleillées pour visiter les environs (Bayeux avec sa magnifique cathédrale et ses musées), les cimetières militaires allemand, américain et britannique, sans oublier Arromanche. On a finis avec le zoo de Jurques. Tout était parfait.

La maison de vacances idéale

Dès notre arrivée, la sensation d’être comme dans une maison de famille, de vacances. Sans chichi ni décoration de revue de décoration mais bien plus, de l’espace pour chacun, tout ce qu’il faut pour répondre aux besoins de 7 à 77 ans. Mais avant tout un endroit magique: une vue mer et campagne environnante incroyable, un jardin parfait et surtout l’accès en 10 minutes à pieds à une plage sauvage aux pieds des falaises pour des moments contemplatifs bienvenus. Enfin, au carrefour de tous les sites normands à visiter, la proximité de Port en Bessin permet de se fournir en produits de qualité et de vivre des moments authentiques dans ce port de qualité. Seule réserve , l’humidité de la maison mais en même temps, nous sommes en Normandie et dans une maison ancienne alors il suffit d’ouvrier un peu plus souvent les fenêtres et l’essentiel est ailleurs. En un mot, si c’était à refaire et bien nous y reviendrons plutôt deux fois qu’une !!!

bon sejour

Nous venons de louer ce gite avec nos enfants et petits enfants bon séjour accueil parfait avec le sourire la maison est très bien équipé ( seul bémol les salles de bain ne ferme pas à clés donc pas pratique ) nous étions 10 personnes et est très bien situé à quelques km de Port en Bessin et des plages du débarquement literie correcte le terrain est bien avec le salon de jardin pour déjeuner en extérieur est parfait avec le barbecue tout le monde était ravis encore merci à Angélique nous reviendrons Jean-michel et félicia
