Hotel was clean and nicely presented. Safe & quiet area. Beds are super comfortable. Only complaint would be the stains on the carpet in the room, they let the hotel down as it wasn’t just one mark there were several.

The room needed more attention regarding cleaning. First night on arrival sheets on bed were not clean, not sure if they had been replaced from previous guest. Next morning requested sheets to be replaced which was done. Room facilities are adequate and provide what you need. Car parking undercover and right next door, which you pay for. Reception staff were excellent and helpful.

VIP perk not recieved

As a VIP member my stay was to include a bottle of wine but didnt recieve. But lication was perfect and carpark right next door. Room was very quiet and beds comfy. View not great from our room.

It’s a good place to stay near the viaduct. Nice, helpful reception and room was spacious and clean and a decent range of amenities. The only thing that might put me off staying again was the building works directly opposite. Pneumatic drill started at 7am and they’re on it until evening.
