We loved our stay at Quest Parnell. This was the third Quest we stayed in while in NZ and definitely the best. The 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our small family and everything we needed. Parking is a little expensive at $29 per night. There is nearby outdoor parking for $10 if you don't need the convenience of the undercover garage downstairs.

Check in was terrible. My email said office open till 9pm. Arrived 7,30pm and office shut. Tried outside phone 5 times and phone kept cutting out. Phoned Quest uusing my cellphone and person said push communication button on panel. There was no cummunication button - just the dial pad that kept cutting out. Luckily off duty receptionist went past and punched in code to retrieve my keys. Very poor service

Fabulous Stay in Auckland.

This was a great stay while in Auckland. Near to so many great cafes and the room had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry as we were in New Zealand for 25 days. The bed was very comfy and the room spotless. Pennie was exceptionally helpful and so flexible with an early check in and giving us good suggestions on what to do, where to go and where to eat. A fabulous experience.

Awesome hotel and location

Super friendly, fantastic location in Parnell with tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Really awesome section of Auckland to stay as it’s fun, local yet only 20 minutes from Queen Street. Hotel staff were awesome and helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Very quiet - I felt as though I was the only person on my floor. Walking distance very manageable to the ASB CLASSIC TENNIS. Staff at Quest very helpful especially with the room shower being blocked. Would have enjoyed some salt and pepper as condiments in the unit.
