Excellent facility and friendly staff

Friendly and attentive staff greeted us. The room was wonderful, I was especially impressed by the mini-kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and fully equipped for light cooking. Everything is in top condition. We enjoyed complimentary Netflix being provided. Good bus connection from downtown and easy walk to Parnell restaurants. We were just here overnight before taking the Northern Explorer but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit.

For a modern hotel. Its well short of the normal expectations. 1. Shower rail keeps falling off 2. Internal phone function to call reception does not work. 3. Sky tv not activated, tvs not smart tv. 4. Hardwood Floors are squeaky. 5.the whole key card situation is pretty strange and over complicated.6. Beds are avg. Overall not worth staying again

We had a wonderful time staying at La Quinta Parnell. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. A special mention to Nicole on reception and Raj the manager, they made us feel so welcome and were extremely accommodating. Will definitely be back.
