Period stains in the toilet from previous guests. Couldn’t use the restroom due to this. Blood stains on the face towel. Poor hygiene. upon informing the staff, no actions taken. Was an overnight stay so managed, however this is completely unsanitary. If booking a stay please check prior and sight the room is clean enough to stay and require immediate assistance. Not impressed overall.

I stayed here the night before an international flight - this was a work trip. The shuttle van was _on time_ and responsive (and quite quick). All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant.Dinner in the restaurant was OK to good. The room was fairly large. A bit sad to be on the ground floor by the car park BUT it was quite quiet. It is an older style hotel room, but in OK condition. Very spartan (no art or colour), but with good basic stuff (kettle, coffee, milk, towells, face cloths, etc). Will keep this on my list of AKL airport stopovers.

Stop before flying

I was travelling with my dad. The bar area was lovely in the afternoon and the restaurant had really nice meals. I used the shuttle to drop my car back the day before I flew and also in the morning. The Driver and the guys at the desk were amazing and very helpful.
