Not trying to be mean but….

The lady that checked me in was super nice. She upgraded my room to the 1st floor, new building. The housekeepers were also super nice. No pool as advertised, when I inquired an older unpleasant woman at the front desk stated it was an old picture. She started to speak her native tongue to another woman as I was leaving. Yes, I would swim in the winter. Other than that the room was comfy, cozy and clean. Anything I needed for laundry, breakfast, or drinks I shopped at the local stores, the Hotel doesn’t have much of a selection like most Best Westerns.

Been coming here for years,friendly staff ,location is convenient -Supermarket ,KFC ,McDonalds 5mins one way - Westfield Mall other direction - Cafe on site with a $20 buffet breakfast Only negative - outside areas need some cleaning and prettying up please

Good Hospitality Undermined by Inconsiderate Guest

The customer service and room service were both good. However, it was often noisy at night, possibly because of other guests having parties, and the hallway in front of our room was sometimes dirty with trash.
