**HOUSE RULES** Minimum age to rent is 25. Quiet hours are 10PM until 8AM. The number of occupants must not exceed 7 unless previously approved by management. Exterior cameras may be in use. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. If evidence of either is found, you will be charged a penalty of $1000. All trash must be bagged and taken to dumpster across the street. Turn off all lights and lock all doors & windows prior to departure. There are 4 small flights of stairs to access this 3rd floor property so it is not wheelchair accessible. Upon checkout, please make sure all parking passes are returned to the unit or a $100 fee per pass will be charged.
