This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 primary baths with showers, 1 main hallway bath with tub/shower, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. Living room and dining room were also updated recently and all 3 bathrooms on main level were recently remodeled. Flat screen HDTV in the living room along with 2 additional TVs in bedrooms. Wireless internet. Other features include central AC, hardwood bamboo floors, interior laundry room in hall, enclosed full bath with double shower on beach level, large garage with extra room for inside storage, outdoor grill, and lots of off-street parking for 4+ cars.
