Management had poor customer service. I'm a travel nurse and need a quick hotel unfortunately due to an assignment change and check in time I wasn't able to utilize the hotel. This hotel refused to be accommodating and understanding and refused to refund my money or even change the original accommodations to fulfill me needs. Any travel nurse looking for a hotel I would not recommend this hotel brand. We as nurses take care of people in the worst and when need the same type of understanding or customer service. This hotel chain dropped the ball and fell short

Although their website touts a mini fridge in their rooms there is no guarantee you will have one in your room if you don't book directly on their website. This is per front desk staff. We were able to get one eventually. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Proximity to grocery stores and the events that we were attending is pretty good. There's a ton of construction happening in the neighborhood so if you're a super light sleeper it may wake you up.

We stayed through the end of the week into the weekend and did not have a singular good night of sleep. There was consistent noise and what seemed to be slamming throughout the night with the cause still a mystery. We even asked the front desk to relocate us because of this issue the first night (which they did very willingly and were very nice in the process), but this new room was just as bad. The building itself is nice and clean, but if we slept more than 4 hours a night I would've considered that a win.
