I absolutely loved this property. The location and the quality and cleanness of the room was top notch. I just wouldn’t recommend using valet services. I’m unsure if it’s a new rollout or if the staff hasn’t received adequate training; but my experience with valet was poor from the first day to the last day. Nobody assisted me when I first pulled up to check in. Everyone was sitting around on their phones. Other than that, the time to get your car after you called for it was long and made no sense. There was a day when I saw my car sitting on the curb, but the valet attendant said that one of the other attendants went to get another car, with my key on him. I had to wait an additional seven to ten minutes. The last day stole the cake, I checked out and requested my car ten minutes before I came down. When I got outside, no car. One of the workers had to go and get the valet attendant who claimed that my request never got to her app. But why wasn’t she sitting outside waiting for guests??? Who knows! Just bad, bad, bad service.

Beautiful hotel!! Hotel staff (front desk) was on their phones a lot so I was standing until they realized I was there; however when I had to encounter them they were pleasant. I had to ask 2 nights in a row for extra pillows which I never received from housekeeping but I made it work. Valet was very nice!! Thank you to lounge staff (tall slender gentleman) was amazing and the drinks were lovely.

Great hotel in a great location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay. The staff was professional yet personable. I enjoyed the signature scent. The Fitness facility was clean and in group repair. I enjoy walking in the evenings and always felt safe. The food was very good but would have enjoyed the option of a smaller burger that was less expensive. Although a very classy hotel, I would have preferred less expensive valet parking. $50.00/night plus tip adds up.
