The staff was terrible... We paid through Expedia which didn't tell us there would be an incidental. We paid ahead of time due to the Sabbath.(our religious beliefs strongly restrict no buying or selling during the Sabbath hours) they said we had to pay an incidental no matter what even though we already paid ahead for 3 nights about $550. Basically if we didn't pay on a card for $100 and go against our beliefs, they were not going to help us. even though it was not our fault it was not stated anywhere there was a incidental fee (which not all hotels have!) We didn't have enough on our card to hold and the front desk lady gave a hard time. We had cash which at first was not accepted. After a long difficult time they decided to give us a "courtesy" and allow us to give them a cash $100 to hold. Since it was not a buying or selling transaction we decided it was a safe compromise. They could've worked something out differently with us seeing that we'd be there 3 nights and paid $550.
Also I personally had an encounter with the front desk lady who was unfriendly and definitely could've been nicer on Christmas morning. The older man cooking and cleaning was Really nice and actually top notch. The score is mostly for the front desk workers. Also there was half a roll of toilet paper, no conditioner, the bathroom door was swollen and our blinds didn't go up all the way. Breakfast was decent but could've been better. Overall disappointed.
