Did not meet expectations.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. I was very disappointed in a few things. 1. The indoor pool was freezing and so cloudy that you could not see the bottom of it. That was the main selling point of this hotel. I was looking for a nice indoor pool for my kids to swim in. It also smelled like straight bleach in the pool. 2. The beds were very stiff and not very comfortable, which was surprising for how nice the place is. 3. The breakfast was not very good. I was very excited about the breakfast because it looked really good online. At 9 o'clock, there was no food left. We waited a little longer, but nothing was filled back up, so we had to leave with hungry kids. 4. My wife is allergic to nuts, and one of the breakfast pastries had walnuts in it but was not labeled with what was in it. This caused her to have some issues all day because she took a bite of it and spit it out. Things should be labeled with how common nut allergies are.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a five-hour drive, I arrived at 2:47 PM, expecting my room to be ready at 3:00 PM as stated in the booking. The front desk informed me that housekeeping was behind but assured me the room would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited with my family, including small children, but the wait times kept getting extended—15 more minutes, then another 15, then another half hour. Eventually, I was told they had no idea when my room would be ready. By 6:30 PM, after waiting for over three and a half hours, I still had no room, and the lobby was full of other frustrated guests in the same situation. The staff took my phone number, saying they would call when my room was ready. It is now 10:30 PM, and I still have not received a call. With tornado warnings in the area and no sign of a resolution, my family and I had to find another place to stay at the last minute, which ended up being an expensive Airbnb. Neither Hilton Honors nor Expedia could help me find another hotel. Throughout this entire ordeal, I never saw a manager, never received an apology, and was offered no assistance in securing alternative accommodations. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend staying here if you expect your room to be ready on time or if you value customer service.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Check in was supposed to be at 3, we got there shortly before 3 expecting a bit of a wait… don’t get to go to our room until 5. The next morning when we check out I see that my car was broken into after seeing I was going to be charged almost $40 per car per night for parking. I went up to inform the front desk of the break in while waiting for the police only to be told by the receptionist that yeah management is aware of the issues and it happens a lot. Did you want tape to tape up your window? The look of shock must have been apparent as it was quickly followed by I can escalate it to the manager and have them call you tomorrow when they’re in. Still never got a call from them. If this is a known issue you’re having, it needs to be addressed, and guests should be informed. I had broken glass all over my kids car seats and the lack of care/concern that the leadership team has shown is shocking.

At the reception there's a steady line of people waiting to check in. It took us 30 min. The front desk doesn't pick up the phone ever, in fact, the receptionist disconnected the ringing phone as we were standing in line. Housekeeping doesn't answer the phone either. The room and bathroom were dirty, smell of pot in elevator and other places. All this for the low low price of approxi $300/ night.

James checked us in and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The amazing omelette lady is an absolute joy. The pool was clean and the chairs around were comfortable. Our room was comfortable and the halls were quiet. Great stay for my family of 6.

Nice hotel it was convenient for what we were there for. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A few concerns that I have we had heard about people breaking into people cars in the parking deck and when we was leaving out from our stay somebody’s windows had been broken out. If you’re asking people to pay 37.00 a night in your parking deck your car should be safe! The tv in my room couldn’t see any channels was a dark screen. Other than those 2 concerns everything else was fine.

Day 1 we had sink that was stopped up. It took over 1.5 hours to get it fixed. Pillow case is dirt with something on it. The shower is missing a handle, which is a safety hazard. Ordered dinner last night at 9pm, it never came. 8 went down stairs to see what was going on. The lady at the bar raise she never received a notification but had my order. We received or food at 10:30pm. The problem is my wife is diabetic. Now the sink is stopped up again, the 2ater won't drain. I will say when we left the manager tired to make things right.
