night shift staff sleeps so you'll be standing out in the cold waiting for him to let you in , our room door had to be lifted from the bottom in order to lock the door , and we were in the first room so we heard every time the chime went off for entrance / exit , the cover was dirty and the mattress was stained really bad through the fitted sheet. they seem to have very limited towels available. morning shift lady can come off as impatient and nonchalant but she is a sweetheart .

The room felt nasty , they had hair all over the floor and in the tub … idk what they wash the sheets with but it broke me out pretty bad . I didn’t feel comfortable staying here .

This was ok for a night to just sleep for a few hours before hitting the road again. It was clean, but it didnt feel the safest and the dumpster noise in the early morning hours was worst than I thought it would be based on the reviews.

Room and cleanliness is good; I did not encounter too much noise other than a regular public place. Check in was breezy. Please, inform your staff that a service dog ID is not an official or legal service dog identification; they still accepted me and my dog, but i always keep my doctors letter on hand.legally they can only ask what task does the dog perform and do I have a disability. Other than that, amazing stay and would recommend
