Welcome to my Airbnb! I hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure that everything remains in great condition for everyone, I’d like to kindly remind you of a few important house rules regarding plumbing and waste disposal:
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Items such as wipes, tampons, pads, paper towels, toys, or feminine hygiene products can cause significant plumbing issues.
No oils or food should be disposed of in the kitchen or bathroom sink. All food waste should be placed in the trash can provided.
By following these guidelines, you’ll help avoid any potential plumbing problems. If these rules are disregarded, guests may be financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
Additionally NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED, NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED.

House Rules
****PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING!!!!
Please take your shoes off when you enter the home.
There is a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind inside the home, violators will be fined and or have their booking canceled. This means actually going outside closing the door and smoking outside and getting rid of any trash or debris that comes from smoking this should be placed in the trash can outside NOT inside the home.
I am the owner you are the guest act as such.
This means no smoking, no parties, no extra guests that weren’t accounted for prior to booking.
I live upstairs and if I find out you’re breaking the rules I will cancel your booking meaning I will KICK you out of MY home.
I find that me being direct is the best way so both parties are in agreement of the rules to make your experience and the guest after you experience the best possible one.
No candles or incense are allowed to be lite in the home.
PARK ON THE STREET please NOT in the driveway.
Have you fully reviewed the House Rules down below?
1. The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests. - Fine $100 & Immediate Termination of Reservation with NO REFUNDS!!!
2. You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the House rules.
3. Only the Primary guests are allowed to make request to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE!!! You may smoke in the FRONT of the house or in the BACKYARD- Fine $500 for Smoking inside the House. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine and or immediate cancellation of your booking if found that you are smoking inside the property.
5. Damaging / Tampering with Smoke Detectors in any capacity IS NOT allowed! - Fine $100 Per Device
6. We DO NOT allow the following: Grilling on the Property, Pets, or Smoking. Please confirm with us prior to Check-In if you have a service dog or want to Grill. – Any damages or cleaning charges will be accessed case by case.

9. Please leave all remotes at the Property. - Fine $50 Per Remote
10. NO PARTIES!!! You may NOT have additional guests over in the home that were not accounted for in the original booking.
NO loud music and NO Smoking inside. - Fine $500 & Immediate Termination of Reservation with NO REFUNDS!!!
11. NO Glitter or NO Paint is allowed within the Property!!! - Fine $100 if Glitter or Paint is found by Cleaners.
12. You ARE NOT allowed to bring in rented, borrowed or purchased furniture without first getting approval. - Fine $250
13. Active Cameras are on Property and we are able to see the count of the Guests who checks in and stays. $250 Fine for covering or blocking Cameras. (And Immediate Booking Termination)
14. Late Checkouts are allowed at $50 per Hour IF written consent is given.
(15 minute Grace period allowed)
15. The Cleaning Fee is for a standard cleaning. If there is heavy trash and aggressive stains in the towels, linens, or walls, this will lead to additional charges. The Cleaners will assess this in their Invoice. Damaged out towels, linens, or broken shower will be charged to you as followed:
a.) Towel - $8
b.)Wash Cloth - $4 (Do not use to remove makeup)
c.) Hand Towel $6
d.) Full/Queen Comforter - $110
e.) Full/Queen Duvet cover - $50
f.) Full/Queen Sheet - $25
g.) Full/Queen Fitted Sheet $20
h.) Full/Queen Pillow Case - $10
i.) Stove Damage $700
j.) Makeup Remover $25
k.) Iron - $50
l.) TV Damage-$500
m.) Refrigerator Damage- $500
n.) Washer Damage- $500
o.) Dryer Damage-$500
p.) Counter Damage-$1000
These rules have been created because of learned experiences. In no way do we want you to incur any of these fees as to why you are given notice. We want to provide a happy and comfortable place for you to stay and to allow it to stay that way for the guest who comes after you.
