Deplorable experience
This house was filthy inside and out, smelled of cigarettes, and in overall disrepair. When I walked in with my 2 small kids, there was a broken chair in the entrance way to the living room, and the couches and coffee table were pushed into awkward angels. I honestly thought there'd been some type of break-in. Upstairs the AC was off and it smelled like cigarettes. There was burn holes in one comforter, and another ripped in multiple locations. The HVAC return vent had a half inch of dust caked on the grates. Bathrooms didn't have hand soap. All closet, cabinets and drawers had random debris in them and one closet had forgotten underwear. I spent the better part of a day calling l, emailing and texting VRBO and Vacasa to resolve the situation. It took 3 attempts over 14 hours for someone to respond. This experience ruined our weekend away for a friend's babyshower. I will never rent from VRBO or Vacasa again.
