Free Parking. One bedroom/one bath Morningside carriage house. Outdoor deck - like being in a treehouse. Walk to parks, shops and restaurants. Near midtown, downtown, Emory, Buckhead. 5 minute walk to Piedmont Park. No parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on property inside or outside. No firearms. Please respect our neighbors and maintain a quiet outdoor space between 11 pm and 7:30 am. If this is booked on the days you need; you might try "3-room studio on quiet street near Piedmont Park."
