Perfection, as always. We are repeat visitors because Sugar has created a perfect base for exploring all things Ashland. The beds are sleep magnets. The kitchen fully outfitted. The porch divine at all times of the day and evening. A “bonus” this year was the family or deer — a doe with two babies — who regularly patrolled the neighborhood stopping traffic and gladdening hearts.

Wonderful work lave to stay for the Shakespeare festival. Walking distance to everything and yet still in a quiet peaceful street. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a very pleasant front porch for relaxing.

Fab front porch in great location

Our three generations family have stayed here multiple times and the house continues to work out very well! Easy walk to OSF theatres, restaurants, Lithia Park and the Co-op.We’ll be back again next year!

Our Eighth Year (or so)

We have been coming to Ashland and OSF for 30 years. We have stayed at many places -- motels out by the freeway, hotels in town, B&Bs, but this place has been our favorite. We have been coming here for the last 8 years or so, this year for four nights. We cooked two nights, and got take out two nights (pizza and Thai from a place down by the University). It is more economical than eating out and more fun. A great family tradition!

Wonderful cottage in Ashland

The cottage is very conveniently located, walkable to everything in downtown Ashland. Very cozy, and the kitchen is well stocked with all essentials. Easy check in and check out process. The hostess was very responsive to all our questions. We all had a great time and would book again!

Nothing better in Ashland

This small cozy house was perfect for our group over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Great kitchen with every item we needed. Cannot beat the location. We will be back.

The perfect place for two families to stay!

The property could not have been more perfect for our group of eight (three moms, five kids aged 6-10). We appreciated the big front yard and huge covered porch, where the kids could run around, play board games, and get the wiggles out, the proximity to everything (we never drove anywhere, just walked), and how clean and inviting everything was. The beds were COMFORTABLE. Three bathrooms! All with showers! We are already planning our next visit. We had one minor challenge with check-in (not getting the door code in advance) but Sugar was so responsive and friendly and continued to check in with us during our stay.

Adorable Cottage, Great location

Adorable cottage in an adorable town. Cottage had all we (4 adults) needed and was within a half mile of theaters and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the front porch in the quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well equipped - thanks for the snacks and candy! I highly recommend this property and we hope to return soon.

Love the porch

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for our family reunion in Ashland. It is a very comfortable home. The dining space is a little small for 7 but the front porch is so comfortable we used it often.
