Loved our stay here. Unique hotel in historic building. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We also loved the on site restaurant and the rooftop bar!

We stayed at this hotel and came home and booked it again! We loved it! It was very different from any other hotel we have ever stayed. It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable that we overslept. We loved the Shampoo and Body wash and bought all of them to take home! Can’t wait to go back!

The Flat Iron was a great hotel experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a lot of character with Art Deco vibes throughout. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville. Only downside would be lack of parking, if you bring a car you either have to valet park or pay for daily parking at a local garage.

Exceptional service truly pet friendly and spotless I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Flat Iron Hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable and every staff member was warm attentive and genuinely courteous. What really stood out was the treatment of my dog. They went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable which means everything to me as a pet owner. This is true pet friendly hospitality done right. The hotel itself was spotless beautifully maintained and thoughtfully run. You can tell there is real pride in the level of service and care provided. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville especially if you are traveling with a furry companion. I will absolutely be back.
