Abuu and his staff provided world class, extraordinary service. All meals were excellent, rooms an oasis and spa service from Hilda and Zam Zam as good if not better than anywhere in the world. The workers made us feel like we were family and all knew our names after our 4 day stay. I could not recommend Planet Lodge any more. If you are stopping over or coming Sorry, I’m in a meeting from safari, do NOT miss this lodge. From the day we arrived and were greeted by Eva’s smiling reception staff we felt at home. This property is great. 10 minutes from the KRO airport, free shuttle. food is very good , good bar and wonderful friendly staff. we got a free Swahili lesson and even took a cooking lesson with chefs in the kitchen. Wonderful pool with dedicated bar. as Arnold Swartznagger says, " I'll be bach!"

Easy, free transfer to/from airport: drivers efficient and extremely friendly and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful and room was quiet and very clean and spacious. We only had one night (partial) as we had a very early flight out. I wish we had booked this hotel for our stay prior our Kilimanjaro trek. It would have been much more comfortable than the more expensive resort hotel we booked in Arusha. If we come back, this is definitely where we will be staying.
