Although in a great location with good amenities close at hand the apartment was lacking in home comforts, particularly uncomfortable furniture, torn upholstery on the settee. Overall very basic.

Situé au centre ville d’Arganil, Appartement au 1er étage, propre, chambres spacieuses, petite cuisine avec un minimum de vaisselle. Hôte très gentil, disponible malgré la barrière de la langue. Région à découvrir, villages et paysage autour d'un massif montagneux qui vaut vraiment le détour, si on aime le calme. Des accès pour baignade très bien aménagé. Voiture indispensable.

Prettig en rustig verblijf

In een prachtige, idyllische omgeving hebben wij midden in het centrum van Arganil mogen vertoeven. Het is een prima startpunt om vele mooie plaatsen te bezichtigen. De binnenstad kent vele leuke restaurants; de omgeving is voorzien van vele bergen, een rivier met zeer schoon water en diverse strandjes. Fraga da Pena is zeker een bezoekje waard. Al met al zijn de toeristische plaatsen nog altijd rustig; ze worden niet overspoeld met hordes vakantiegangers of luide muziek. Het is hier echt genieten in deze omgeving. Het huisje zelf is simpel gemeubileerd. Wifi werkt via een versterker en wordt voorzien van internet door het tegenover gelegen stadhuis. Alles is aanwezig, maar simpel. Als je geen luxe verwacht is dit een prima appartement om de nacht en ochtend door te brengen. De matrassen zijn ietwat aan de harde kant; de kussens verschillen van kwaliteit onderling. Mocht je gesteld zijn op een zacht kussen, dan kun je voor de zekerheid het beste je eigen kussen meenemen. Verder was alles netjes schoon en is er een stofzuiger om dat zo te houden, was er voldoende gas voor ons gezin met drie kinderen voor ons verblijf van tien dagen. De eigenaar van het huis was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar als er iets was en woont in de nabijheid van het appartement. Enige echte nadeel zijn de werkzaamheden aan de hoofdstraat van Arganil, waaraan dit appartement gelegen is. Die beginnen vaak al vroeg. Door de ramen en rolluiken te sluiten kan de overlast daarvan flink worden beperkt; erger houd je die het liefste 's nachts open om het huis te laten afkoelen. Er is geen airco. Het appartement is toegankelijk via een apart af te sluiten deur beneden, die toegang geeft tot twee appartementen via een trap. Om de hoek zit de intermarché; in de hoofdstraat leuke winkeltjes, een bakker, pizzeria, kledingwinkel, etc. Achter het stadhuis vind je een leuke en gezellige binnenstad met redelijk wat bedrijvigheid. Kortom, kom je voor rust, wil je van de bergen, de zon, strand en natuur genieten, van helder, zoet water, maar ben je niet gebonden aan de golven van de zee, dan is dit een zeer mooie plaats in om vakantie te vieren.

Komfortable Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt.

Komfortable Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt. Gegenüber dem Rathaus, neben dem Theater. Die Stadt hat viele süße Geschäfte, leckere Cafés mit lokalem Gebäck und Restaurants. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung hat drei große Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine kleine Küche und einen kleinen Innenhof. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt eine öffentliche Waschmaschine in der Nähe. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es kostenpflichtige und kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Stadt Arganil ist gemütlich und hübsch. In der Stadt gibt es zwei große Supermärkte - LIDL und INTERMARCHE. Ein schöner Stadtstrand ist fünf Autominuten entfernt. Es gibt viele wunderschöne Städte in der Nähe von Agranil. Überall gibt es schöne Strände und leckere Restaurants.

Meduante as imagens do anúncio criei algumas expectativas. A localização é dentro da vila e foram poucos dias para ver tudo o que pretendia. Na altura havia obras mesmo atrás da casa e muito barulho logo as 7h da manhã. A limpeza estava boa. Anfitrião com simpatia e boa comunicação.
