Room smelled of oil base laquer paint fumes. Made me so sick i was only in for 5 minutes but the smell was all inside the hotel 2nd floor. Rooms were full of cheap compressed wood covered in paint to make it look like wood. Cheap made ot look low class.

After a delayed flight and lost luggage we booked a room at hotels.com with the Wyndham hotel near the airport. We arrived to a hotel that had water on the floor of the lobby. The hotel agent gave my daughter and my self to a room on the 4th floor. We walked through a hallway that almost every door had linens and trash. Then an overflowing trash dumpster. When we opened the door to our room the floor was covered with trash and the beds had been slept in and not changed. We went down stairs and weee told the room must not have been cleaned. She gave us another room. If we hadn’t given the airline this address we would have left. We went to our new room. The previous guest had left bottles and clothing under the chair, The worse part of the room was the bathroom. The ceiling was covered in black mold and one corner was falling in. I have proof all this. My daughter and I slept on the towels over the bedding and left early in the morning. I have contacted the corporate office of Whyndam and was told the could not refund my money because I booked through Hotels.Com . I would appreciate a refund and more importantly I think Hotels.com should no longer represent this hotel to your patrons. I’d appreciate some help receiving a refund for this unsafe, unhealthy, uncomfortable stay. Thank you, Tammy Meck
