Booked a room for 2 x nights and unfortunately didn’t get to see either of them due to things popping up and not being able to leave home. I do know that the stay would have been great though because of the last experience there. The team were still accomodating to the idea and plan of late arrival, which would have been easy and straight forward according to the instructions given before the time of check in. Looking forward to coming back and actually being able to enjoy the time away.

Very comfortable cabin, heater was on when we got there which was lovely as it was freezing outside! Double bed was a little to hard for me but electric blankets were a great addition.

A wonderfully set out park with adequate amenities and facilities. Set a little out of town gives it a real in the bush feel. So peaceful and quiet. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at G'Day Parks Ararat. The cabin was looking a bit weary but it was safe an secure and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The sink plug hole was fairly grim looking but ir was mostly from age and wear and tear. A little bit of extra work with the toilet brush on the accumulated stain beyond the easily reached parts would give it more inviting appearance.

Do not stay here. Our room had cockroaches in the bedroom - one of which crawled on my husband. So so gross. This happened 5 minutes into our stay. I called the after hours number and they couldn’t resolve the issue (no more room at the inn as it were) nor was the property generous enough to refund the minimal night’s cost. Keep driving and find another spot to stop - would definitely not recommend.
