Overall Good Hotel

Been here a few times and a great hotel option when going to Green Bay for a game. This time the curtains had what looked to be moth holes in them and there was water bottles and wrappers under the couch that weren’t cleaned up from previous guests. Other rooms have been more cleanly.

In the first room we were given the shower overflowed and the bathroom flooded. We were moved to a second room that we found out when returned that night had no heat. The temperature in the room dropped to 62 degrees since it was minus 4 outside that night.

Overall this hotel is amazing, great staff and location , nice furnishings ( amazing bed and pillows). I love a hotel that uses the refillable shower supplies instead of the single use tiny bottles that end up in the garbage. My only fault was the cleanliness of the floor of the bathroom, it needed to be swept ( behind the door there was hair) and mopped.

Room was quiet but heater made room overheated despite us turning down to 60. Dusty and dirty carpets. Room needed deep clean
