I enjoyed my stay at this comfortable, clean and well appointed hotel that I extended my stay for another three nights. There was always a good range of food and drink on offer and the staff friendly and professional. Special mention must go to Tilbe at Reception, she was ever friendly and helpful!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war gemischt. Es gab sowohl positive als auch sehr enttäuschende Punkte. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: • Einige Mitarbeiter wirken aufdringlich, statt professionell. Besonders unangenehm war, dass der Friseur ständig versucht hat zu flirten. • Sauberkeit ist ein großes Problem: Besteck wird nicht richtig gespült, sondern nur mit einem Tuch abgewischt. Auch im Zimmer war der Boden und die Oberflächen nicht wirklich sauber, obwohl es auf den ersten Blick ordentlich wirkte. • Das Animationsteam ist unmotiviert, allgemein wirken viele Angestellte unfreundlich und ohne ein Lächeln. • Auffällig ist, dass Gäste, die nicht türkisch sind, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt werden, während türkische Gäste oft ignoriert werden. • Die Zahl wirklich netter und engagierter Mitarbeiter ist sehr gering. • Das À-la-carte-Restaurant war nicht überzeugend. • Theke an der Terasse wird nicht betreut, man muss sich Kuchen und Gebäck selbst holen. • Getränkeauswahl sehr eingeschränkt: wenige nicht-alkoholische Getränke und Cocktails, meist nur Sprite mit Sirup. Was uns gut gefallen hat: • Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker und vielfältig. • Der Strand ist wunderschön: feiner Sand, keine Steine. • Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel. • drei Mitarbeiter, Ömer, Şeref und Ali , haben uns den Aufenthalt durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wirklich verschönert Das Hotel hat Potenzial durch gutes Essen, einen tollen Strand.

Hotels uygulaması üzerinden 27.000 tl ye anlaşmama rağmen otele gittiğimizde kur farkı belirterek 1500 tl fark alındı ilk defa bir otelde bu tür bir uygulama ile karşılaştım bu benim için kötü bir deneyimdi . Daha önce kalmış olduğum otellerde herşey dahil olunca bir ücret ödeme yapmamıştım bu otelde dışarda bir discoya götürecez diyip kişi başı 400 tl istendi buda bizim için olumsuz bir durumdu . Otelin oda temizliğinden de memnun kalmadık . Balayı için tercih etmiştik ama memnun kalmadık kötü bir deneyimdi.

At first sight it was a nice and big hotel but with bland food. But we noticed cleaning staff took our dirty towels from the floor and folded them and put them back up 3 times during our week stay. When we complained about this to the reception and guest relations their reaction was that they were ”in schock”. Imagine the shock we had then? We even left complaints but no one gave a f. The cleaning girl put up only half the amount of towels with bad attitude and then slammed the door when leaving. also we noticed missing NEW clothes when we came back home. Let this comment be ur sign to not book this hotel if u are thinking ”every hotel will have bad comments” or ”it cant be that bad”. There are much better places to stay in the area. Spent the whole stay just waiting to go back home.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schlecht gepflegt. Das Personal bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen lustlos. Zimmer würde sehr schlecht gereinigt. Am Pool liegen vergessene Kleidung und Schwimm Utensilien rum. Am Strand unfreundliches Personal. Das einzige was man hervorheben kann ist das Essen.Sehr viel Auswahl und geschmacklich sehr gut.

Hoteller var overbooket da vi kom og derfor fik vi et mindre værelse end vi havde bestilt de første 3 dage. Dårlige til engelsk. Dårlig service generelt. Meget crowded ved pool området omkring rutchebanerne. Man bliver hurtigt træt af maden. Generelt havde vi forventet noget mere.

otelin büyüklüğü,plajı güzeldi. yemekler iyiydi, içeceklerin markaları no name. plajda gözleme ve yiyecekler güzeldi. genel olarak servis yapmaya hevesli olmayan garsonlar var. bunlara takılmayıp kendi içeceğini kendin alman gerekiyor. animasyon iyi değildi. mini diskoda hergün aynı danslar ve 30 dakika sürüyor. mini clup ta hiçbir şey yok. su kaydıraklarına bakan bir görevli yok. kazalar oluyor.

Feil ved innsjekk, 4 voksne måtte dele et familierom i en natt, vi hadde bestilt 2 deluxe-rom. Dette fikk vi ikke, et vanlig og et familie rom. Resepsjonen sa at bestillingen fra Expedia ikke hadde kommet til dem, dette var ikke korrekt. Lite engelskkunnskap i resepsjonen, de fikk hjelp av pikkoloen. Fint basseng, mat og drikke bra, strandbuss. Bytting av strandhånkler annen hver dag. Kelner i matsal «ute» og ved bassengbaren veldig bra

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel que nous avions adoré en 2015. Mais cette année c est un peu la surprise.... Pour commencer n attendez pas de réponse à vos mails car ils n y répondent pas et ce malgré plusieurs relances pour demander la navette de leur hôtel....( payante 150€ par familles). ensuite l accueil à notre arrivée à été plus que glacial! Nous avions une demande pour etre dans le même bâtiment que nos amis ( car nous avons des enfants et faciliter leur déplacements pour se retrouver) et la la réponse a été plus que froide, résultat nous voilà à 2 extrémité de l hôtel! On se dit que ce n est pas si grave. Après nous allons dîner vers 20h20 car arrivés à cette heure ci et là à peine le temps de se servir qu ils enlèvent déjà les plats refusant même qu on prenne un peu de vinaigrette.les prestations ne sont plus du tout à la hauteur de ce que nous avons connus il y a 2 ans : aucunes surveillances à la piscine des toboggans, les serviettes de plages ne peuvent être changées que certains jours, les coffres payants, le manque de sympathie de certains membres du personnel.... Heureusement que certains serveurs et animateurs sont plus que sympa afin de remonter un peu le niveau de l hôtel. Merci d ailleurs à eux pour les belles attentions ....

Otel çalısanları hakaret ediyor !

Side crown charm palace 12 Eylül'de giriş yaptık. Daha önce bi arkadaşım balayında geldi diye gelmiştik. Arkadaşıma ücretsiz masaj odaya kahvaltı bi çok hizmet vermişler. Bizde hiçbir şey yoktu. Resepsiyona sorduk.ben bilmiyorum dedi. Halkla ilişkilere sorun dedi. Tatilin 3. Günü halkla ilişkiler sorumlusunu anca bulduk. Normalde arkadaşıma yarım saat masaj yapmışlar bize 15 dk yapacaklardı. Aşağı indik masaj yok ücretli dendi. Yukarı çıkıyorum halkla ilişkiler sorumlusu funda hanım yok. Resepsiyondaki beni azarlıyo.benle konuşma bunları diyor. Müdürü soruyorum müdür orada diyo eliyle bi yerleri gösteriyor. Gösterdiği yerde kimse yok. Neyse otel içinde funda hanımı buldum olayı anlattım.beni tersliyor. En son terbiyesiz dedi gitti soruyorum size bu nasıl halkla ilişki? Otel sorumlusu bana küfür ediyor. Resepsiyonda da köy delikanlısı gibi bi adam var efeleniyor. Cop resmen!
