Danielle is just the best host. Had to say that first. I don’t think I want to vacation anywhere else in the Caribbean. The trip was great but the house was the star of our holiday weekend with 8 of us. The VIEW was the best you could find. The pool was the perfect size. Do yourself a favor rent a car… and get your minimum essential groceries delivered so you can settle in. Then just a ten minute road trip to the grocery store. Did I mention Danielle was a great host? You’ll love meeting her and her little dog!

This villa was everything we could have asked for. We had a 8 ladies and had an absolutely wonderful stay. It is on the French side tucked into the hill. You need a taxi or a car. It is remote although a beach is nearby. It is a gated property so we felt completely safe. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation. Danielle is on property and is so lovely and helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable. The showers hot. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of beach towels and floats. The view is so much better than the photos. A/C in all bedrooms. Loved the open air concept. Careful walking into the glass doors - they were so clean we couldn’t tell lol. I am already going thru withdrawals. Just one tiny suggestion. Maybe seal the deck as walking barefoot does give splinters if you are not careful. 100 out of 10 would absolutely book again. Tell Gaston we miss him!!

We had a fantastic week at this villa! Our party included two families with children. The property and view of Anse Marcel are breathtaking. The villa included everything we needed and was very clean. The only consideration would be to be aware that the road into the villa is quite steep and tricky to navigate with a large vehicle. Other than that, it was perfect!

Paradise! What a beautiful villa! Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Serge’s villa so much! This was our fourth trip to Saint Martin but our first to the Anse Marcel area. The view of the beautiful Anse Marcel beach was breathtaking! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our host Danielle was absolutely wonderful! So gracious and kind, always there when we had questions and offering her help, even drove us to the beach! I felt like we had known Danielle for years. We booked the villa for the number of rooms and view. We were not disappointed. The photos do not do justice to the property and should be updated. Six of the seven bedrooms open to the infinity pool and have amazing views. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Anse Marcel is very quiet at night and the beach is beautiful.Danielle was an excellent hostess for our stay. We are already planning our 2026 booking.

Wonderful Holiday

From start to finish Serge and Danielle were wonderful hosts. The villa was awesome! Our grandchild (5 yo) and all of us loved the pool and the view. The house , especially the kitchen was very well appointed. The Anse Marcel beach was a very short distance and perfect! Of course Orient Beach was too. We took reservations at the restaurants Serge recommended and was so very pleased. We will be back!!

Amazing!

Danielle was very attentive and responsive to us! She even sewed a family member’s dress for her when we were going to dinner! She was so nice and welcoming. Anything we needed she was there to assist us. The view was amazing which brings me to the point that the property is on a mountain so be mindful of that. 10/10 it was spacious for the 9 of us and the view was immaculate.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this home and location. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s simply amazing. The pool and view are spectacular. As soon as you walk in the door the view is amazing. Danielle the housekeeper greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the home. She was really sweet. Memorable time

We spent a week in St Martin with our three children and their families (including six grandchildren) to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The villa at Anse Marcel was fabulous and fit all of our family’s needs. The photos do not do it justice, it has beautiful upgrades. Danielle was available to answer all our questions and she even made sure the grand kids had beach toys. (Thank you Danielle!) The villa was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating to accommodate our families for meals and relaxing by the pool. The road to Anse Marcel is something to experience (as are most roads in St. Martin) but the view from the villa is spectacular. Perfect location and sea view

This is a perfect property for two families staying together! The pool is heated and has an amazing view overlooking Anse Marcel bay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine. The property manager was super attentive and very helpful. Heaven must be like this!

We had a group of eight adults from the USA for this particular stay at the Villa -Cul-de-Sac, just after Christmas. The pre-trip photos of this location do not do it justice as the actual location surpassed our already lofty expectations. Fully appointed and fully loaded, this house has everything need for a long and comfortable stay. The owner and location manager (Hi Danielle) were available and responsive to our needs, both before and during our stay. The view is incredible and we always felt safe and secure. We would definitely return for a round two at this location. You cannot go wrong with this spot!
