Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property for a second year in a row, and loved the improvements to the house! The pool is amazing and the property was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a week or more stay. We walked to Passage Key every day from the house (5 minute walk, if that) and were able to drive our golf cart to all the amazing places to eat on Pine and Gulf. Already looking forward to our stay next year!!

Loved It All… Except the Surprise Sauna Pool!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach rental! The home was beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the pool heater had been left on during the peak of summer, making the water way too hot to enjoy. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we’d definitely come back!

pefect place for along weekend getaway

the stay was great; the house had what we needed-heated swimming pool with a hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, darts and nice sitting areas outside by the pool and on the screened in porch. the best part was the hot tub and outside shower.

Family Getaway

First visit to Anna Marie Island! 11 year old and 16 year old enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed short walks to the bay. It was difficult to find parking at some of the beaches and difficult to find restaurants that didn’t have long waits. But all worthwhile experiences! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Nice location beach house

This house is on a great neighborhood on the north end of the island. The one draw back at the moment is the beach you are walking distance to is closed due to the hurricane. The back yard is cute, but you can't heat the hot tub up.

Wonderful House for First Time AMI’ers

The house was a bargain based on the location and amenities! Anything we needed was either a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive! Perfect location to access either side of the island for the beaches, and the pool was always clean and ready for a dip at any point throughout the day/night!

Getaway on Gladiolus

Location was great and the pool was perfect. Front door and door lock needs some work as it didn’t work well. House is great but could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it really is a great place.

The house is perfect and very comfortable. We loved the pool and yard. It is a one block walk to the Bayfront Park and beach. It was everything we were hoping for in a vacation rental. The only negative was some problems with wifi, but that was a cable company problem on the island.

Perfect house

The house, pool & backyard were wonderful. Perfect for 4 adults & 2 little dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to bayfront, beach & Pine Ave. The hosts thought of everything! Pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved our stay & will be back for sure.

GREAT HOUSE!!!

This house is fantastic. We're a family of 5 and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The location is great - close enough to Pine to be near shopping but far enough away to be quiet. You do have to drive to the beach, but that wasn't a problem for us as we had a golf cart. The layout of the house is great, beds and couches were SO comfy. The kitchen is stocked well, although they do strip anything from a prior stay - so no spices, coffee filters, etc. Our favorite part was the back yard - it was amazing!!!!! We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool. We will be back to this house without a doubt.

Excellent Holiday Getaway!

We had such a fabulous Christmas vacation on Gladiolus. The house was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the screened in porch the most and had our morning coffee there every day. The backyard was a perfect spot for grilling, swimming and playing corn hole. It was not only great for us, but fantastic for our dog. He loved sitting out back for hours. The location was amazing - close to the beach and walking/biking distance to the restaurants and shops on Pine. We will definitely come back!

Everything was just as listed and was very clean on arrival. The only issue we had was the lock on the front door was intermittingly not working. Likely due to low batteries.

They thought of everything!

From putting green, turf, pool/hot tub combo, “pool house”, screened back porch with wine cooler, countless board games/books, to just the most secluded/private back yard you will ever find. Yes, nearby neighbors, but does feel like it with all the beautiful surrounding trees! Plenty of parking for two cars and a large golf cart. Very close to pine street and anything “in town”. My wife broke her leg after booking, and very minimal stairs at entrance worked great!

Love this property!!

We absolutely loved the property except on v r b o, the pictures of the property are inaccurate. It talks of a little pool house. Next to the pool and it has pictures of it says, there's a TV in it. We were really looking forward to this. It was a plus on the property. We got there and immediately noticed there was no little pool house next to the pool. Maybe it had been taken out by the hurricanes. I don't know but it is now a picnic area was a roof over it. Disappointed that Vrbo was not correct in their description or pictures. I feel we should really get a refund of some sort because of that. Love the pool and the hot tub.

Worst property management company I have ever dealt with

We were there for a four day vacation. Hot tub, not working and they had it topped out at 99. I told them from the first day we were there. That number one, the hot tub was not working, and number two when it was working, it was still cold. They sent someone to take care of it on day number three. And then they still had the temperature at only 99 and the heater would shut off intermittently. Also, no blow dryers anywhere in the house. It took them a day and a half to get us a blow dryer And their offices were only a few blocks from where we were staying. I will never book with Vacasa again.
