• No smoking or vaping on the premises
• NO BYO BBQ or Grills
• No loud noise after 10pm
• The house must be treated with care and left tidy

Exterior camera monitoring the building's shared driveway, entry, and exit points.

MANAGER:
This property is managed locally with the manager Jaymie living in Anna Bay, the manager will be available should you have any questions during your stay.
