Only thing I have to say hotel was located in residential area you have to park on street which hotel staff accommodating with out a hassle. I was there for one night with family which worked for me.Hotel has open buffet for breakfast and meal service at the site makes convenient or 10 minutes walk distance restaurants are available.we walk to restaurant called Antakya efsanesi which prices and food was great.there were better hotels were available for the price in that area.

This was a cute hotel that is situated just south of the main Ankara downtown area. Its one street over from the largest Mosque - Kocatepe Camii. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. The staff was very attentive, with a special mention to Ozlem who was super accommodating and helping us navigate what the hotel offers. The hotel is close to the metro, close to main busses, and just south of where all the main dining and restaurants is. Such a GREAT location on a nice quiet street in a cute neighborhood. The breakfast for 200TL! That was a STEAL and such a good value for the food we had - a typical Turkish breakfast.

Above and Beyond Service!

Ozlem went above and beyond to help us plan a trip to Derinkuyu, the underground city. We had no idea how to get there. Ozlem and her cohort Ozguir handled booking our bus tickets and giving us all the details we needed. Ozlem especially was so lovely and personable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Luxury it is not. Shabby and noisy it is.

The only good thing was the free parking and central location. Our room was in the basement. No window, the ventilation was so noisy it had to be turned off. Sorely needs upgrading as damp and worn out. Only one plug socket and that's for the TV. Asked for a room upgrade and the price to upgrade exceeded the room rate. No housekeeping but did manage to get fresh towels. No sound proofing and extremely noisy after 11pm until well after midnight. We checked out the day before and the reception staff did not ask why. Presume we are only one of many who do this. I have taken photos to back up my review but unable to download!

I like nothing in this hotel they do not turn the air system on everywhere smells very bad dirty rooms and very noisy. I ordered food they brought me food with no fork no spon nothing when i said i pay the food when i chick out he said no muss pay it now. that is the worst hotel i have ever seen.
