Host was very welcoming a great at getting back to my questions. However I asked specific questions like if there was a crib or pack n play. Was told no and provided info to rent needed things. When we showed up the house had a very nice crib and a pack n play. So just misinformed. Upon arrive the house smelled clean and looked clean. But after my baby was crawling for less than 15 mins his feet were black on top. There was only two rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels. Which for a big house that is hosting 9 people that just isn’t enough for 4 days. Also there was no cleaning supplies provided to clean up after ourselves (counters,table etc)… there didn’t seem to be enough dish towels. There were only two and because there wasn’t alot of silverware we had to wash alot of dishes so the towels got wet fast. Overall the house was great for what we needed just not as clean or stocked with essential things we needed.

Spacious, but needs improvements

We had a group of friends stay here for a weekend. The good things: location was great, we walked to Anaheim Packing District and never had problems finding parking at the house. The hot tub was a great place for the group to relax. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. Very close to Disney, you can hear the fireworks every night. The bad things: Many of the pieces of furniture in the house were wobbly, the light in the fridge flickered (was the fridge possessed by a ghost? Definitely needed a seizure warning), there were weird brown stains on the wall of one of the showers, the tub had cracks in the bottom, one of the showers could only be comfortably used by anyone under 5 feet, the couch was dirty and had a piece of candy stuck in between the armrest and the seat cushion, one of the bed covers had a mysterious stain on it, and each bathroom only had hotel sized toiletries provided. Would recommend renting this house if you don't plan on spending a lot of time there and need to have a home base. Was adequate for the price, but we wish we got a slightly nicer place for more money. Bring your own soaps! There's not enough provided for the group.

Disneyland trip

Perfect for our trip. Close to Disneyland. Very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day at Disneyland. Neighborhood was well kept and clean.

Perfect Location for Disney Getaway

The location was great, house had plenty of space. Hot tub was extra nice for the sore muscles from walking around Disney all day. Only issue we ran into was the showers both weren't draining and one of the toilets were leaking, the maintenance department came while we were out enjoying the park and seemed to have the issue taken care of by the time we returned. All in all the trip was very successful and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Furniture needs to be maintained in better condition. Bunk bed ladder was not in good condition-bottom step broke. Dresser drawers in bedroom were in closet with no dresser. Sheets in one bedroom had stain-leading to questionable cleaning processes. Sewage smell in second bathroom; drainage issues in baths. The hot tub was nice. The electric outlet on the back wall in the dining room (against bedroom wall) was not working. Overall the property was comfortable.

Didn’t have enough towels, linen from bedrooms seemed like they were not washed since there was a lot of dirt on them. Our AC was limited to a certain degree, Not enough toilet paper, shampoo was provided but just a little travel size one for 5 days. Bunk beds only suitable for little kids. But overall it was an okay stay.

Accurate in description. Ease with management (Vacasa). Property caretaker (Taz) gave contact in case of emergency. Overall excellence. Last VRBO we stayed at managed by Ladonna Franke was an uncomfortable experience. She had people watching us (literally parked outside the house) the entire duration of our vacation. We also had a LONG (1 full page) list of items to attend to before we left. It included taking out the garbage on garbage day. But, she had no problem sending the yardman to wake us up in the morning by cutting the grass.

Very bad experience. Would recommend others to avoid this listing and VACASA who manages listings.

Upon arrival, (1) bathrooms toilets were no cleaned. (2) the showering both bathroom tubs would not drain. Sewage backed up in the toilets. Had to contact Vacasa to get someone to clean the mess and get the drain issue fixed. (2) bed sheets/comforter/linings were unwashed and smelly. (3) falsely stated as well as emailing that day of check in that there is garage parking for two cars, driveway parking and “ample street parking”. But they failed to tell you that the garage if cluttered with stuff and you can only get one car in the garage, the garage and driveway parking is actually in the alley (sketchy). And they the mntc personal puts the 5 garage cans in the driveway which blocks any parking. Also their is no parking on the street, if you do you will get a park ticket. Which we found out the hard way with a parking ticket. This was not mentioned by the owners/Vacasa. (4) the washer doesn’t work, which they advertised having a washer and dryer. But they don’t mention it doesn’t work. (5) the jetted hot tub in their picture doesn’t work and had a layer of dirt in the tub. Having to contact Vacasa numerous times was such a hassle and there was no sympathy, mention of a discount, what they could to to rectify all the issues. I hope the my review will be shown so others can avoid having such problems. And warn others about this listing/Vacasa.

Nice house close to Disney

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Unlike other posters, we found the course to be clean. The rooms are all large and there is a crib in the master bedroom. The only issue we had was the garage door void was incorrect, but we were able to get in the front door and open the garage. We got the correct code within a few hours.

Nice home, close to Disney

Nice property. Few issues - garage door code didn’t work to allow us to park in garage. One room listed says it has a futon in it - it doesn’t….it has a crib. Shower head in one of the bathrooms hit me in the middle of the back of my head and I am 5’5”….no one over 4’11” can use it without having to bend down. Close to Disney and that is really nice benefit if you are in town for that.

Good location

The location was good. The kids room had toys which was nice and beach chair and sand toys in the garage made it worth it. You can’t park on the street Thursday or you get a ticket. Hot tub did have a strong smell. Would stay again.

Great Location!

Great location to highway so we could make it to multiple areas of Orange County. Appreciated the size of home, kitchen was well appointed, and the Disneyland fireworks from the patio every night were enjoyed by everyone in my family. I didn’t like the multiple doors/codes needed to enter and exit the home. I wish the sliding glass doors had a more secure lock. Overall would recommend the property.

It fit most of our needs

While it did fit us, it was not a very relaxing place. The couches were very uncomfortable and there were no carpets on the floor after a long day of walking at Disneyland. The hot tub was unusable because it smelt bad so that could also not be used to relax. In order to see the fireworks from Disneyland you had to stand in the alley. This was our first time ever renting a rental from a company not a private owner. The air conditioner policy is a bit ridiculous for the amount that is paid per day. I have never encountered having to pay for air-conditioning in a hotel or in any of the homes we have rented in the past. The place just needed some TLC, but we were accommodated.
