The hotel was really nice, but the tv in our room never worked. The temperature couldn’t be adjusted so the room had the heater on while it was also hot outside. It was difficult to sleep with that heat but the staff was helpful and brought us a fan which helped

Loved our stay at the Ruby Emma!

Ruby Emma has a different way of doing business - pre-enter your information in their app, and check in without needing a counter clerk. Our first time was a little confusing but restaurant/check-in assistant patiently explained the process. Calling the elevator was easy and efficient. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and tasty. Bar service includes specialty coffees - great finish to a long day of touring! Location is a 2 minute walk to the Metro so getting around the city was so easy.

The air conditioning doesn't work.. why you can set the temperature in your room on a tablet, but yet the temperature never changes. Wasn't hot on our trip, but not was the hotel unbearably hot..bother than that beautiful hotel

The room itself was lovely. Very clean and stylish. The problem was check-in. It took ages as you have to do it yourself and there are a lot of questions to answer. Reception was a person with a laptop perched on a stool. They didn't have the local knowledge that you would expect from somebody with that job. Overall, a nice room but the hotel misses the human touch,
