Bare-bones and uninspired
We arrived and had to wait for the receptionist, who was on break, which is fine but- a guest before us had stood waiting, without anyone asking to help them, for 20 minutes!! and when we asked to check in to go get dinner, no one really knew what to do or where the receptionist was??
When we got to our room it was, in two words, bare bones. We barely had any table-space to unpack clothes or other items. The rooms are kinda big but unfilled and colourless. The pictures are a lie as far as I can tell.
The rooms' walls are paper thin. We were woken several times.
The breakfast buffet is most of the time dry-ish but it was ok. We had to ask multiple days for standard refills like cutlery, eggs, etc. When we went down, we were rarely met with a "good morning, what room number do you have?" to check us off the list - we had to initiate that too.
Location was nice though with good transport connections and both short and long walks to restaurants etc.
All in all, I feel lied to via the hotel room pictures and the overall vibe of the place was meh.
Also, they claim to be eco-friendly, but they give you a bunch of new, towels every day, even when you don't ask for your room cleaned... so, not really that eco-friendly on that part.
