This hotel has false advertisement. In it's description it stated that the rooms were sound proof. That was a lie. We checked in and could hear the person next to us snoring and their TV. In addition the rooms in the pictures don't show the whole truth. The walls were filthy, the floor was concrete with a singular filthy rug. The balcony is shared with no lighting or camera which makes it feel unsafe. Other reviews have stated they've eeven had thefts from entry by the balcony. We checked out as soon as we found a new place to stay. The front desk person was very understanding of our complaints. He stated staff has tried to talk to the owner about the issues but they simply don't care. Luckily he was kind enough to refund our stay. I would avoid this place unless you're at a performance there and need to crash for the night.

The rooms like nothing like the pictures on the site, the rooms were dark, small and dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was mould and grime around the skirting seals and bogey on the wall, no appliances like a hairdryer and sink was on the outside of the bathroom that could only hold 1 person, the shower didn’t work and sprayed water up onto the ceiling, walls were like paper and could hear either side of us like there was no walls there

Minus wanting to google the history on the hotel because theres no way those rooms werent some kinda holding cell....lol it was decent. Its a hotel/music space so you'll hear gigs going on but staff were really helpful and always smiling.

Super industrial style hotel that was next to a studio/stage. Incredibly cool experience at this hotel, with a nice cafe in the lobby. There were a few shows happening during our weekend stay but didn’t hear a single thing from our rooms! The staff were friendly and had daily room changeovers. Location is great for easy access to different tram lines and it felt very safe. Was also around a few shops to look through but overall super lovely!

Short Amsterdam Break

Our room was overall clean, but we noticed quite a few stains on the walls, and there was a strange scent coming from the washroom—possibly from the drain or the scent diffuser. The room was small and compact, which worked fine for a short stay. A deposit was required for the hair dryer, and the soundproofing wasn't great as we could hear sounds from nearby rooms. Luckily, it stayed mostly quiet at night, so we were able to rest well.

Wouldn’t come back here…. It’s more of a posh hostel than a hotel WiFi kicks you off and when you mention it to staff there isn’t much they can do I went a few hours without electricity at one point! So yeah first and only time I will stay here
