I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was, without question, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a so-called premium property. The service—or complete lack thereof—was nothing short of appalling.
From the very beginning, it was clear that guest comfort and hospitality were not priorities for the staff. Despite daily requests, my room was never cleaned. Every evening, I would return to find the room in the exact same condition: trash piling up, no clean towels, bed unmade, and linens unchanged. When I complained to the front desk, the excuse was always the same: “There was a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door.” This was a blatant lie. There wasn’t even a DND sign in the room to begin with.
To make matters worse, when I requested cleaning upon returning to the hotel in the evenings, I was told by the reception staff that it was their eating time and someone might come later. Let that sink in—staff deliberately prioritizing their break over a paying guest’s basic needs. This is not just negligent—it’s disrespectful. It felt like they went out of their way to inconvenience guests, or worse, simply didn’t care at all.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one that charges premium rates and pretends to be a luxury establishment. The indifference shown by the staff, the lack of accountability, and the outright refusal to provide basic services show a deeply flawed operation with no regard for its guests.
