I’m on the fence on this hotel best explained this way: Positives: very modern, rooms are lovely, very spacious, great bedding/pillows. Good bar area. Transportation links second to none. 5 mins to airport, 30 mins to city by bus that is literally beside hotel. You can be in Lisse in 20 mins by car. Staff were very friendly. Negatives: terrible position of hotel. Directly beside 7 carriages of motorway. (I counted them) it’s in an industrial estate. Literally no restaurants nearby or shops. (Unless you count Macdonalds) the breakfast at €15 was very disappointing…incredibly bland..just bowl of dried up scrambled egg on my first morning…and very small croissants..oh and pancakes that were very basic. And meats (yes a continental) The aircon/heating in my room was incredibly noisy…so I switched it off….it then gurgled like a toilet all night…I was told every room had this problem when I raised it. All in all just ok….it served a purpose for my work trip.

The wash room (between the shower) area and the common area there no proper separation till you shower the water over flow into the common are. There no flow and after feedback to the reception there no actions done

The AC made a constant very loud noise when switched off completely. They couldn’t give us another room because the hotel was fully booked, which I think was a straight lie. We didn’t see anyone around. Had a very bad sleep because of this and there was no solution according to the staff. We paid 100€ and couldn’t even sleep after a long fight.

We needed 1 night stay before flight back home- suited our needs. No airport shuttle but a quick and short walk to bus stop was so convenient and very fast - would recommend for that perfect convenience ! Nice shower and comfortable bed as well!

Very nice and comfortable! Transportation to and from central Amsterdam is easy because there are bus stations that take you into the city, to Keukenhof and to the train station and airport very easily. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well.

I really like this Hotel. My room was new and decorated in an interesting style, spotless clean and very quiet. The hotel has a very decent small restaurant on the site, with an excellent service. The hotel is located to a very close proximity to the Airport, next to a bus stops # 300 and 397.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating. Strict rules about smoking. The shower was amazing. There are food options close by as well as a 30 minute walk. The room was a decent size. Overall a good experience!

This is one of the worst hotels ever. The entire hotel was always cold, so much so you had to wear clothes to bed and your coat in the dining area. It is very remote and far from anything worthwhile so it costs a fortune to take a taxi, uber or bolt and to take the bus takes more than hour. The menu is severely limited and tastes like leftovers warmed up. While most of the staff is friendly I ate breakfast at the hotel next door, because the one I was staying at was run by a very angry woman. Besides the hotel next door had more to offer and I learned on my last day their room rates were much better
